09/08/2021 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – Over the past few weeks, all eyes have been on Afghanistan as the Taliban takeover horrified the world. However, there was a lot going on behind the scenes in the months leading up to the fall of Kabul as we anticipated the turmoil that would follow.

Months prior, we were able to rescue many of the most vulnerable families from the nation. Then, as we continued our rescue efforts, the bombings around the Kabul airport forced us to quickly adapt and change our plans moving forward.

While we will continue rescuing the most vulnerable, rest assured that the Church will survive in Afghanistan. Many brave believers have decided that they will stay…no matter the cost.
