09/25/2019 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – Fatima is a young Christian mother who used to work at a beauty salon in Pakistan. After losing customers due to her faith and her coworkers calling for her conversion to Islam, she was forced to leave her job at the salon and become a domestic worker.

After leaving her position at the salon, Fatima struggled to support her family. Earlier this year, ICC purchased a new shop for Fatima, outfitted with revolving chairs, shelves, cosmetics, and mirrors. Soon after ICC’s intervention, Fatima was able to open up her new salon and regain a steady income. She said that the support from ICC has given her “new life” and allowed her to provide for the future of her children.
