08/09/2019 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – Arjun and his family were brutally attacked by a mob after Arjun refused to allow a Muslim man to forcibly marry his teenage sister. After months of harassing them for their Christian faith, a mob of Muslims beat the family and destroyed their home. As a result, Arjun lost an eye in the attack. ICC provided six months of financial assistance to support Arjun’s family. This helped cover rent, food costs, kitchen necessities, as well as medical, electric, and gas bills.

“It is sad I have lost an eye. I went through a painful time; however, I am happy I was committed to my Christian faith. This incident of religious hatred has made me stronger in my faith. I thank ICC for… extending this support to me and my family,” Arjun said.
