12 Iranian Christians Tried On Easter Update
ICC Note:
12 Iranian Christians charged with crimes against the state were acquitted at a court hearing on Easter day, 2011. The Christians were recent re-summoned to court but “the judge, having learned of [the previous] trial, verbally reported to these believers that they would not be convicted of the crimes and that he would not issue a verdict since one had already been issued,” Present Truth Ministries reports. The believers are now cleared of all charges. Praise God!
