05/31/2021 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – ICC supports field workers who spread the Gospel in some of the most dangerous parts of the world for Christians. One of those places is Indonesia, where proponents of Islamic extremism have encouraged violence against Christians. While the government does not persecute Christians, it doesn’t take the necessary steps to defend them.

We support Debra, a bold believer who has been building relationships within the community since 2018. She has successfully taught a group of 70 Muslim-background Malay students courses which have helped build relationships with their families. The tribe was not doing well economically, and the Lord has provided an opportunity to empower locals by building jobs.

ICC has provided a stationery shop that not only provides jobs, but also creates a solid community of parents, students, and teachers. Our prayer is that this shop will boost the local economy and help spread the Gospel among an unreached people group.
