Christian Missionary Says Biggest Threat to Sharing the Gospel in Africa Is Terrorism

A prominent Christian missionary who’s been ministering in Africa for decades says the largest threat to reaching the unreached on the continent is terrorism. Lee Sonius told Christian Post that the ever-present threat from radical Islamist groups such as Boko Haram and al Shabaab hinder the spread of the gospel because of the insecurity they create, while technological advances over the past quarter-century have improved missions work and have allowed for a broader sowing of seeds of faith in Africa.
