UPDATE: Radioactive Materials Found in Iraq
ICC Note: The fear that ISIS had obtained a briefcase-sized amount of radioactive materials were put to rest when Iraqi officials received a tip that the package had been found, dumped in Southern Iraq. The fear was coupled with knowledge that ISIS could use such materials for catastrophic disaster against the populations of civilians throughout the territories and regions they control.
