NEWS | Sharia Police in Aceh, Indonesia Order Removal of Church Tents

The province of Aceh, Indonesia has been given special freedoms by the central government to be ruled under Islamic Sharia law. In October of 2015, 10 churches were destroyed by Muslim mobs prompting congregations and Christians to flee for their lives. After they returned, they received permission from the Aceh local government to erect tents where their church buildings once stood. Now, Sharia police have attempted to take down the tents on differing accounts towards the original agreement. Learn more:  http://ow.ly/WO9Jw
