Palestinian Bookshop Owner Stabbed To Death In Gaza

Gaza/Islam Rami Ayyad, 31, was found stabbed to death yesterday (Sunday) in the Gaza strip after having been kidnapped. Rami was the director of The Teacher’s Bookshop” which was the only Christian bookshop in Gaza and was operated by the Palestinian Bible Society.

Rami had received several death threats since the Hamas takeover and his death highlights the total inability of Hamas to protect religious minorities (assuming they are not actively being targeted by Hamas).
