01/18/2022 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – Conversion to Christianity often invites a violent reaction. This was the case for a woman from Uganda named Janat, whose story I want to share with you today.

When she accepted Christ, her husband gradually became abusive toward her. The situation worsened to the point where she had to flee with her three young children for their safety.

When we connected with her, we learned that she had once been trained as a hairstylist. We provided her with the tools she needed to start up her own small hairstyling business. Not only can she support herself and her children financially again, but she also uses the business as a platform to share the gospel with her clients.
