05/30/2024 You may have seen in the news recently that Prince Harry and Meghan travelled to Nigeria to promote the Invictus Games and mental health initiatives. This brief trip has largely been viewed as tone-deaf by the wider public.

If you’ve followed ICC for a while, you’re familiar with the wide-scale violence unfolding against the nation’s Christians. Making matters worse, the Nigerian government has mostly swept the violence under the rug, aiding and abetting those committing these atrocious acts.

Sadly, it appears that this trip was an opportunity squandered. Hopefully, future trips will be more than a PR effort and make a real difference in the lives of the suffering.
