03/14/2023 Nagawa grew up in a Muslim family in Uganda. When she went off to college, she began going to church and exploring Christianity, eventually becoming a Christian herself. When her family learned of her conversion, Nagawa’s father beat her mercilessly and kicked out of her home.
Despite these challenges, Nagawa clung to her newfound faith. When she moved in with a widow at her church, ICC provided her with tuition assistance, rent, and food aid thanks to your generosity.
