(International Christian Concern) – The other day, I had the opportunity to sit down with one of ICC’s longest-serving staffers, William Stark, ICC’s Regional Manager for South Asia. His chapter at ICC is coming to a close, so we took a trip down memory lane to discuss his almost 10 years of serving the persecuted.

Among the most impactful developments that he witnessed over the past decade was the rise of the Taliban last August. While there were signs of the approaching fall of Afghanistan, the world was stunned at how quickly it took place and how little resistance the Taliban met.
