07/26/2021 Washington D.C. (International Christian Concern) – In central India, 15 Christian families were left homeless following an attack by religious extremists. Local Christians claim that the attack took place after the families refused to recant their Christian faith. The believers were beaten and forced to sign paperwork that would prevent them from obtaining government food assistance. Afterwards, the extremists demolished the 15 Christian families’ homes, leaving them penniless with nowhere to turn.

ICC stepped in to provide the displaced families with clothing, personal hygiene products, and food aid to meet their immediate needs. The food packages consisted of local staples, such as lentils, wheat flour, spices, tea, and more.

One recipient expressed, “In this sorrowful situation, you have helped us. Thank you very much. Please continue to pray for us so that we may get victory.”
