Rainbow, a Christian Rock group, is taking China by storm. Starting out as a secular rock band, the group found themselves exhausted and their lives unfulfilled. However, after finding Jesus, everything changed for the band. “This is what glued us together,” The band’s lead singer expressed. They transformed their music into Christian contemporary rock. Today, Rainbow is traveling nationwide in China, using their gifts to share Christ’s love. They are trusting God for greater success and praying they could reach more Chinese with their message.  
02/23/2017 China (CBN News) – Young American Christians are probably familiar with contemporary Christian bands, like Kutless and Hillsong United. Less familiar is Rainbow, a band formed in 2012. These Christian musicians are taking China by storm.
Chinese Millennials love rock ‘n’ roll music. It’s not new to China, but rock is growing in popularity among young Chinese.
Uncle Bing is Rainbow’s lead singer. Few people knew about the group at that time, but a national talent show rocketed them to stardom.
“When I created the band, I shared the ideas with a few friends,” he told CBN News. “They started to look for other talents to make the band more special. Today, our members have taken the band to a new level. It’s beyond what I ever imagined.”
Traveling from city to city, each band member experienced many  difficult and lonely nights away from families and friends. Then, they found someone special.
“Money used to keep me busy, and I barely had time for anything else. Exhaustion and traveling were part of my life. Until I found Jesus, everything changed for all of us. This is what glued us together,” said Bing.
