NEWS | UN Rapporteur visits displaced Christians in Myanmar
A UN Special Rapporteur in Myanmar is visiting internally displaced people (IDP) camps in Myanmar. Ms. Yanghee Lee visited IDPS at Mongna Roman Catholic Church, Mongna Baptist church, and RC Church. The Kachin people are predominantly Christian and have suffered decades of persecution at the hands of a staunchly Buddhist government.
