The priest who was killed in a Fulani Militia attack in August of this has finally been laid to rest.   The Fulani herdsmen militia has been targeting Christians and individuals in ministry. Just a little over a week ago, a American priest was able to leave a village moments before a Fulani militia came and attacked. 

11/22/2016 Nigeria (Naija Church News) – A Seminarian Priest, Lazarus Nwafor, who was reportedly murdered by fulani herdsmen during the attack in Enugu three months ago, has been buried alongside his father on the 18th of November, 2016.

The late Priest’s father, on hearing the sad news about his son’s death in the hands of the herdsmen, had collapsed and died.

According to an online user, Ibeneme Humphrey, who shared the photos, he lamented about the pathetic situation of the country, where people get killed recklessly without the government doing anything about it.

“Is the duty of our elected Governors to protect the lives and property of its people? Enough of these killings. The burial of the seminarian’ who was killed by the fulani herdsmen at Attakwu AKAEGBE UGWU IN NKANU WEST LGA ENUGU STATE.
