NEWS | Lawyers claim China is harvesting tens of thousands of organs from religious prisoners
David Matas, Canadian human rights lawyer, and David Kilgour, former prosecutor and secretary of states for Asia-Pacific in Canada called on Australia’s Parliament House to move to stop organ harvesting of prisoners in China. The two claim they have evidence that China harvests and transplants between 60,000 and 100,000 organs a year and the only “plausible explanation” is that they are harvested from religious prisoners that were executed.
