Investigations Reveal Man Accusing Christian of Blasphemy was Mentally Deranged
ICC Note: On July 15, a Christian man who is a sanitary worker in Hyderabad was accused of blasphemy by a Muslim man who was later confirmed to be deranged. The Muslim man publicly shouted accusations against the Christian, claiming that he had thrown in Quranic pages in with the trash. He was not arrested or prosecuted though since other Muslims from the village came and protected him, knowing the Muslim man to be deranged.
