Attacked Christians Jailed in Central India

ICC Note: Church leaders in India are upset by the recent arrest and imprisonment of a pastor and his co-worker. Pastor Ram Pal Kori and Nand Lal were leading a prayer service when they were reportedly attacked by a group of radical Hindus, abducted, and beaten. They were rescued by the Indian police, who then proceeded to arrest the two Christians on charges of conversion. These events have sparked outrage from the Christian community and church leaders who are calling for an end to attacks on Christians.
