NEWS | Nigerian President Offers Talks with Boko Haram Over Chibok Girls
Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari says he’s willing to negotiate with Boko Haram for the more than 200 Chibok girls that remain captive. Buhari acknowledges that negotiations will be unlikely because of the value Boko Haram places on the Chibok girls, but is willing to bargain as long as a credible leader is established.
