Christmas Raid on House Church in Tehran

ICC Note: Iranian intelligence officers raided a group of Christians who had gathered to celebrate Christmas in Tehran, Iran. Nine Christians were arrested but their current status is unknown. Despite a constitutional guarantee that allows for groups to gather for religious meetings, the Iranian regime regularly arrests and imprison Christians, charging them with action against national security.

12/28/2014 Iran (VOCIR) Iranian Christian Converts detention is being continued. Several of the Iranian Christian converts were arrested by Intelligence Service of Iran.

Iranian Christian converts were arrested by Intelligence Service of Iran (VAJA) in 25 Dec 2014 at a homemade church in Rudehen district of Tehran.
